To Die For Blueberry Cheesecake Scones

Keto Cheesecake Scone


Preheat oven to 350°


Cream together:

½ cup cream cheese, softened

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla


Add:

1 cup almond flour

¼ cup ground flax

1 tsp cinnamon

sweetner of choice (can omit)

Mix well!


Fold in:

1 cup frozen blueberries


Drop by ¼ cup onto coated baking sheet (will spread a bit). Bake for 16 minutes or until firm to the touch. Top with cream cheese immediately out of the oven & let cool slightly.


Serve & Devour!!
