Breakfast, dinner..anytime!! This super keto-friendly dish will fill you up and ignite your taste buds!!
Keto Dilly Chicken Hash w/ Broken Egg
In frying pan, add:
1 tbsp avocado oil (or other)
Heat oil over medium heat.
Add:
1/2 cup southwest salad mix
1/4 cup each green peppers & chopped mushrooms
1 tbsp fried onions
1 tbsp dry ranch dressing mix
1 tsp each garlic and onion powder
sea salt and pepper to taste
Fry until veggies are tender crisp and browned, 8-10 mins.
Add:
1 dill ranch chicken breast, cooked & chopped (see recipe)
Add the chicken to the pan, warm through. Remove the hash to a plate, and keep warm.
Using same pan, add:
1 egg
Crack egg into the pan and cover with a lid. Let cook for 2-4 mins, leaving yolk runny. Carefully remove egg and lay over top of the hash. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve & Devour!
