Keto Chicken and Vegetable Hash
Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat.
Add:
1 turkey or chicken breast
onion and garlic powder to taste
Season breast with garlic and onion. Cook until browned and no longer pink inside. Remove from pan and let rest.
In same pan, add:
1/4 cup bacon, chopped
Fry bacon until browned. Reduce heat to medium-low.
Add:
1 tbsp onion, chopped
1 tsp garlic, minced
Stir fry until golden and fragrant, be careful not to burn.
Add:
1/2 cup Southwest Salad Mix (coleslaw or a mix of shredded cabbage)
Stir fry until tender crisp and browned.
Add:
Cooked chicken/turkey breast, cut into larger chunks
Let the ingredients cook together for 5-10 mins so that the flavors meld. Remove from the pan to a plate & top with Marinara (or other)
Serve & Devour!
