The Ultimate Keto Buns!

These are soft and fluffy on the inside and crusty on the outside, the perfect Hamburger bun or shaped into hotdog/Smokie buns!



Keto Buns


Preheat oven to 350

Grease large baking sheet


In small bowl, add:

2 tbsp psylluim husks

6 tbsp water

Stir until thick and gelatinuos. Set aside.


In large bowl, add:

1 1/4 cups almond flour

1/4 cup + 1 tbsp psyllium husks

21/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp sea salt

Mix until combined.


Add:

Wet psyllium mix

1 cup boiling water

2 tsp apple cider vinegar

Mix until consistency of playdough, be careful not to over mix.


Wet hands and form into 6 soft balls. Place, 2-inches apart on greased baking sheet and flatten with palm. Bake for 50mins. Cool.


Serve & Devour!
