Keto Lettuce Wraps
4 romaine lettuce leaves, washed and patted dry
4 slices of smoked turkey
12 pieces of cheddat cheese, sliced thin
mayo and mustard to taste
Wash romaine well and pat between to pieces of paper towel. Lay on plate and top each with 1 slice of smoked turkey (cut in half) or roasted chicken, 3 slices of cheese and top with mayo and mustard to taste! Season with seas salt and pepper if desired!
Serve with 1/4 cup of cottage cheese and some stuffed olives (garlic stuffed are amazing!)
