Mediterranean Keto Pizza
Set oven to 350°
Crust: Melt together:1 ½ cups of cheddar cheese2 tbsp cream chese Stir together to combine (be careful not to over cook).
Add:
1 egg
Stir to combine.
Add to wet mixture:
1/2 cup each psyllium husks and almond flour1
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp basil Stir until dough forms a soft ball. Wet your hands and mould into a packed ball. Oil your baking sheet. Drop ball into the center of pan. Wet hands again, press the dough out into an even, flat circle approximately ½” thick. Bake the crust for 15 min and then remove from oven.
Spread evenly with:
1/2 cup of homemade keto pasta sauce (recipe in search)
Top with:
sliced or shredded mozzarella
dots of cream cheese (herb and garlic is also amazing here)
sliced olives smoked turkey or salami (if desired)
1 tsp each basil or oregano (or fresh to taste) Bake for an additonal 10 mins or until the cheese is melted and gooey!
Slice & Devour!!
