Keto Pasta Sauce
Cook:
ground meat of choice (omit if vegetarian) & set aside
Coat pan with oil and fry:
1 sweet red pepper, chopped
2 tbsp sweet onion
1 tsp garlic, chopped (roasted garlic is incredible in this also)
Sea salt
Add :
1 large can of fire roasted tomatoes
½ cup water
Cook until thickened and aromatic.
Add meat and simmer for 10 mins.
Serve & Devour!
