Keto Salsa
Chop:
6 ripe tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic (fine)
1 red pepper
1 jalepeno pepper-make sure to seed (chop fine)
1/2 cup cilatro
Add to a bowl.
Grate:
1 sweet onion
Add to bowl with tomato mix.
Add:
juice of 1 lime
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp each pepper & cumin
Serve & Devour
*will keep in the refrigerator for up to one week*
