Keto Bennies on a Biscuit
In a pot add:
4 cups of water
1 tbsp of vinegar
Bring to a boil.
Crack in:
2 eggs, gently as to not break the yolks.
Cover with a lid, turn off heat and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Toast Keto Cheese Bun (see recipes) & slice in half. Top each side with havarto cheese, sirracha mayo (optional), 1 slice of smoked turkey and one egg. Season with garlic or sea salt and pepper to taste.
Serve & Devour!
*could also be topped with Hollandaise (see recipe) for a true Keto Bennies on a Biscuit*
