But how do you get this amazing superfood into your daily diet? It's as easy as adding it to soups, stews, sauces and more, even in your tea!!
Keto Golden Milk
This recipe is essentially a milky turmeric tea and it is absolutely divine!
In a blender add:
2 cups coconut or almond milk
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp mink fruit or stevia (or sweetener of choice)
1/2 tsp each cinnamon & nutmeg
1/4 tsp each cloves & ginger, powdered
pinch black pepper
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a saucepan and heat on the stove for 5 mins, do not boil, just let it simmer and be careful not to burn. Pour into mugs and sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.
Serve & Devour!
