A beautiful play on Apple Cinnamon, this Keto waffle recipe is incredible! Golden starfruit and cinnamon topped with soft butter and delicious Keto Maple Syrup, it truly is heaven on Earth!
Keto Cinnamon Starfruit Waffles
Batter:
In large bowl, add:
1 cup Carbquick (buy on Amazon)
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 tbsp monk fruit, granulated
1 tbsp cinnamon, ground
Mix until well blended.
Add:
1 cup Starfruit, skinned and chopped
Add to dry mix and stir until lightly coated. Make a well in the center of mixture.
Add:
2 eggs, whole & slightly beaten
2/3 cup water
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp molasses
1 tsp vanilla
Mix wet mix together in the well, slowly incorporating the dry ingredients until well incorporated, do not over mix.
Cook as per your waffle maker instruction, being sure to oil the plates to eliminate sticking!
Serve & Devour!
