Keto Cider Poached Eggs Over Salami & Cheddar
Prep:
On a large plate, lay two pieces of salami side by side, topped with a think slice of old cheddar.
Fill saucepan 2/3 with water, bring to boil over high heat, and then reduce the heat to a light simmer.
To simmer water, add:
1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
In small bowl, crack:
2 large eggs, be careful not to break the yolk
Gently pour the eggs into the simmering water. Cook for 4 mins. Remove from pot with a slotted spoon, allowing some of the water to drain off. Place one egg on top of each salami/cheese round. Top with bacon bits, sea salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve & Devour!
