Spicy Keto Chicken Caesar Salad
In a medium bowl, add:
2 cups of spinach, kale & swiss chard greens (or other greens or choice)
1 cup pre-cooked BBQ chicken strips, cut into bite sized pieces
1/4 cup each salted pumpkin seeds & spicy cashews
1/4 cup fresh parmesan, shaved
2 tbsp bacon bits
Top with:
2 tbsp oil based Caesar Salad dressing
Toss lightly so that salad is coated with dressing.
