Bomb ABK Keto Rice

(AKA- Asparagus, Bacon & Konjac "Rice")




Keto Konjac Rice


Heat oil in a frying pan over medium high heat.


Add:

1 tbsp onion, chopped

1 tsp garlic, minced

Cook until golden and fragrant.


Add:

1 package of ground turkey (or ground meat of choice)

Cook until meat is no longer pink and browned.


Add:

8 spears of asparagus, chopped into thirds

Cover with lid and cook until asparagus is tender crisp, 5-7 mins. Remove from pan and set aside.


In same pan,melt:

2 tbsp bacon bits

1 tbsp butter

Cook until bacon bits are soft and fragrant.


Add:

1 package of konjac rice, rinsed thoroughly

Fry until golden brown, 10-12 mins. Add meat mixture and cook and additional 5-7 mins.


Serve & Devour!
